About Running Logic Membership

We offer one, FREE, membership that will help all levels of runner gain the support they need to support their running development. You’ll get lots of great advice and recommendations with our free sign up account. This includes discussions on injuries, return to run programmes, couch to 5k programmes and then everything right up to marathon programmes.
