Preparation is Key to a Great Training Session

Hopping is a great exercise to prepare for a running session, it is great single leg muscle activation work to get you ready for your sport.

Short 10 second bursts of about 2 sets of each;

  1. Hop on the spot
  2. Hop forwards & backwards over a line
  3. Hope sideways over a line
