In today’s videos, we kick start our stretching series! In this introduction, we consider why you are stretching and what you want to achieve by stretching.

Stretching, or mobility, can often be forgotten about. But remember, there is more to stretching than meets the eye. Make sure that your muscles are working for you and not against you. By stretching, you can try to keep length and range in your muscles to avoid tension, pain and improve performance! Watch the video above to find more about how stretching can benefit you.
