As a weekend warrior the key areas of interest are;
Arms – Are you getting them past the midline of the body?
Arms – Are your elbows out to the side creating greater trunk rotation?
Hips & Pelvis – Are these twisting to compensate for the movement above?
Feet – Are you landing in or across the midline of your body? Increasing stress into your ITB and lateral knee regions along with laoding the tendons around the ankle and foot excessively too?
